The QA & Tester ensures the software delivered meets quality standards through manual and/or automated testing. Responsible for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and ensuring system stability before release.
Job Descriptions
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in software
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience in functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, Bugzilla).
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation (optional but preferred).
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, JMeter (advantage but not required). Strong attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- Review and analyze system requirements and technical specifications.
- Prepare test plan, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.
- Execute manual test cases and record results. Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Re-test fixed issues and ensure system quality before deployment.
- Perform regression testing on every release.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and clarity of requirements.
- Assist BA and PM in UAT coordination.
- Ensure testing standards and procedures are followed.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
