Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 3 and 5 years of experience in quality or assurance in food beverage manufacturing.
Strong Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and food safety regulations.
Excellent analytical, Problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good leadership and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Description

Oversee the entire Quality Control process, ensuring that raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods meet the desired standard of quality and safety.
Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures in line with GMP, HACCP, ISO and other relevant standards.
Supervise and lead the QC team in conducting inspections, sampling and laboratory testing.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications and food safety requirements.
Investigate and resolve quality issues, product complaints, and non-conformances.
Conduct internal quality audits and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with production, procurement and maintenance teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of QC activities.
Provide regular training and guidance to staff on quality standards and hygiene practices.
Continuously review and improve quality control systems and processes.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
