Job Requirements
• Have theoretical knowledge of quality management and be familiar with ISO9001 quality certification system, ISO22000 food safety certification system or HACCP food safety management specifications.
• Internal auditor qualifications, able to prepare quality management system documents.
• Be proficient in the application knowledge of the company’s products and production process technology, and have the ability to quickly resolve production quality problems.
• Organizational coordination ability and public relations ability.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft office software.
• Have experience in planning and setting up a food laboratory, or have experience in food laboratory operations.
• Bachelor degree or above, major in quality management or related fields, 5 years of working experience in the food industry, and more than 2 years of experience as a relevant baking industry supervisor
Job Descriptions
• Responsible for the quality assurance of raw materials, manufacturing process quality control, and final product quality control, solving problems, correcting control plans, and preventing repeated problems.
• Responsible for the operation control of the quality system and ensuring that all the company’s work is carried out in strict accordance with the procedures and documents.
• Train/guidance/evaluate subordinates and related functions.
• Implement the company’s comprehensive quality management system, 5S/6S specifications and safety management rules and regulations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
