Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience in building or infrastructure projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
- Familiar with construction contracts, variations, and payment procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel and cost control tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Descriptions
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and
- Specifications
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for projects
- Monitor and control project costs, variations, and claims
- Prepare and evaluate progress payments, interim valuations, and final accounts
- Analyze subcontractor quotations and assist in tender evaluation
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams on cost-related matters
- Prepare variation orders, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and company procedures
- Support contract administration, including claims and change management
- Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays
