Job Requirements

  • B.Tech(Civil), B.E (Civil) or Equivalent Degree
  • Preference will be given to those with a quantity Surveying in Certificate.
  • Can use MS Office & AutoCAD 2D.
  • Must have experience and expertise in the construction field.
  • Experience 5 years (at least) in related field.
  • Friendly, flexible, honest, hardworking.
  • Hardworking, responsible, able to work under pressure.
  • Good negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills.
  • Work Ethics, Good Communication, Cooperation & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Good in team work approach.

Job Descriptions

  • Able to read drawings, measure works/materials, and do quantity calculations
  • Able to assist Sr.QS
  • Able to prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ
  • Able to evaluate cost estimate, material & labour measurement and project cost tracking
  • Able to inquiry information and rate of supplier & sub-con as construction scope
  • Able to support site and procurement team
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to arrange and save documentation
  • Able to Assist tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
