Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with professional certification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (depending on level).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Develop budgets and monitor expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQs).
  • Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations.
  • Review and administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
  • Assess and process progress claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Advise on contractual and commercial risks.
  • Track project costs against budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
  • Attend project meetings to provide cost updates and advice.
  • Ensure proper settlement of accounts with contractors and vendors.

Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:45 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
