- B.E / B.Tech / A.G.T.I ( Civil)
- 5 Years experience in related field.
- Reading and understanding of construction documents.
- Good interpersonal skills so as to be able to work in a team
- Quantity take off for tendering and quotation process
- Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
- Coordination of work effort
- Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
- Reading and understanding of construction documents.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
