Job Requirements
- B. E (Civil) / B.Tech (Civil) / A.G.T.I (Civil).
- Minimum 2– 4 years’ experience as QS in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good understanding of construction materials and costing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Job Description
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation.
- Perform quantity take-off from drawings.
- Prepare material costing and budget planning.
- Monitor project costs and control expenses.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and variations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and progress claims.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Teams.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
