Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil) with at least 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and budget control.
- Proficiency in relevant software.
- Knowledge of construction methos, contracts and regulations.
- Based at office with regular site visits.
- Cooperation with team and problem solving.
Job Descriptions
- Develop the quantity take-off of materials, labor and equipment needed for both structural works of construction based on drawings.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, negotiation with clients, contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring all agreements are followed.
- Manage the cost estimation, budget control and procurement analysis.
- Preparing Bill of Quantities, Variation Orders, progress claims, project cost reports and overseeing the closing of projects.
- Identifying potential financial risks and advising on contractual matters.
- Communicating with clients, architects, engineers and site managers to ensure everyone is aligned on project financials and progress.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
