Job Requirements
- AGTI/ B.Tech/ B.E (Civil) with at least 2/3 years experience in QS cum drafter
- Must be able to use Excel, Power Point, Auto Cad & SketchUp well.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive, Team player with high cooperation attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate to learn the swimming pool technology is more favourable.
Job Descriptions
- To prepare the Quotations to catch the deadline.
- Must be able to coordinate with clients, architect, site engineer, construction management team
and MEP team. - Ability to effectively communicate with related departments, architects, customers, dealers and
external parties. - Must know Customer Requirements and marketing strategies to achieve the company development.
- Must have understanding of the site and material knowledge.
- Can draw the respective drawings instructed by Senior Engineer.
- Ready to perform the documentation work if the cases are urgently needed.
- Have to negotiate the client’s requirements and also the construction team.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
