Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering B.E (Civil) or similar.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Examining maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising management on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
- Measure and value the work done on site·
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
