Job Description
- Collects data on various phases of the production process
- Inspect the quality of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
- Monitor the production operations in line with HACCP and food safety standard
- Perform laboratory tests such as pH, brix, moisture, etc.
- Accurately record and report to Manager.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement process
- Conduct root cause analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Any graduate (more prefer in Chemistry, Food Science or related field)
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Quality Control(QC) (Fresh graduates and undergraduate are also encouraged to apply)
- Strong team work, responsibility, and communication skills.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
