Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or under graduated.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk or customer service role.
  • Able to apply Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good in personal skills and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and employees.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle basic data entry and filing tasks.

Office Coordination

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility staff.
  • Support HR or admin team with routine tasks.

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry will be provided
