Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in related field
• Proficiency in Computer Skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Descriptions

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the Customer’s Lounge.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate
• staff members.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle services and repairs while maintaining an organized
• calendar and coordinating with the Operations Team.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and policies.
• Process service orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Create sales invoices using Excel and software, handle cash and credit transactions,
• and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
