  • Experience in transaction reconciliation, ensuring discrepancies are swiftly identified and resolved with precision.
  • Understanding of payment gateway fees to efficiently manage and allocate financial resources during transactions.
  • Expertise in creating accurate journal entries that align with financial records and audit requirements.
  • Knowledge in ecommerce and payment-related processes, contributing to improved transaction handling efficacy.
  • Must have excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and resolving reconciliation issues effectively.

Job Descriptions

  • Perform comprehensive reconciliation of payment gateway transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze and report variance between transaction records and financial data to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure precise recording and documentation of journal entries.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transaction processing and payment reconciliations.
  • Develop and enhance processes for transaction reconciliation to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations pertaining to payment gateway operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries outlining reconciliation statuses and financial adjustments.
  • Provide insights for optimizing payment processing workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.

 Working Hours: 10:00AM to 5:30PM

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
