Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibility

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Write and post job descriptions on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation.

Working Hours: 8:30AM~ 5:30PM

Holidays: One day a week & Public Holidays
