Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as relevat position.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or certifications in Human Resource field.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (Jobnet, social media)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both Burmese and English.

 

Job Description

  • Revise, develop and implement recruitment procedure
  • Supervise recruitment team and report on its performance
  • Post jobs across different recruitment platforms and channels
  • Screen CVs and select applicants within deadline
  • Prepare vacancy list and JD/JR for required positions
  • Schedule interview appointments with relevant interviewers
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Interview shortlisted applicants and record cancel or apply
  • Sit in interviews with related Manager for positions below Manager and Assistant Manager Positions
  • Record and keep documentation of employee profile
  • Communicate effectively with job agencies and applicants
  • Search new job agencies and communicate effectively
  • Must have a full knowledge of job roles of related position
  • Report interview status to HR manager daily
  • Record monthly new employee list in excel and report to HR Manager
  • Record monthly resign and termination list in Excel and report to HR Manger
  • Assist with orientation and communicate rules & regulation to new employees
  • Arrange and participate in job fairs
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Provide new employee information to HR team and Admin Department for arrangement of fixed assets and related department with effective date
  • Participate in department meetings
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
  • Perform other related duties and required of the Human Resources Department
  • Follow instructions from and report to the HR Manager

 

Working Hours  : 8:30 AM to 4:30PM

Holidays            : Sunday & Public Holidays
