Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates. This role supports the organization in building a strong workforce that aligns with Myanmar business culture, company values, and operational needs. The Recruitment Specialist works closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensures a smooth, fair, and professional recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on local job portals, social media, and internal channels.
  • Build relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies in Myanmar.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future vacancies.

Screening & Selection

  • Review CVs and applications based on job requirements.
  • Conduct phone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate technical or practical tests where required.
  • Shortlist suitable candidates and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure fair and unbiased recruitment practices.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice in the Myanmar job market.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Support initiatives to improve company reputation and attract top local talent.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment documents.
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support orientation programs to help new hires adjust to company culture.
  • Maintain proper records of recruitment activities and employee data.

Reporting & Administration

  • Update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
  • Provide weekly or monthly recruitment status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in other HR activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (experience in Myanmar market preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar labor market and recruitment practices.
  • Good communication skills in Myanmar language and English.
  • Familiar with local job portals and recruitment tools.
