Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 န စ် recruitment / talent acquisition / HR experience
• Multinational or multi-location company experience preferred
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Responsibility
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Write and post job descriptions on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
