Job Requirements

  • BE (EP, Mechanical) and prefer MBA
  • Diploma in Sales Management (or) Business Management
  • Excellent Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Communication Skills, negotiation skill, Leadership skill
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for all sales in the organization.
  • Establishes sales Target Company objective. Create strategic sales Plans and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Need to plan out Documentation for Tenders.
  • Sales Manager’s essential job is to understand customer needs & provide him with the most viable solution based on the load at site & running hours. After understanding the requirements, he should provide a techno-commercial quotation to the customer explaining all the features & benefits of the product. He is required to inform & convince the customer about the comparative benefits the customer
  • is going to derive getting associated with DG sets.
  • Should know about our products thoroughly & the competitive edge, he will be equipped with sales kit
  • Issue quotation (after understanding the customer’s needs)
  • Plan the day to ensure a meeting with Hot & Warm perspectives
  • He should keep a close eye on Quotation Status; the next follow-up date
  • Fixing up appointments for conversion meetings
  • Meet Influencers
  • Meet existing customers to gauge their satisfaction; collect 5 customer satisfaction letters per Month.
  • Meeting with Sales executives in the evening
  • Understand customers stated & unstated need
  • Segmental focus – suggest cold caller & dealer decide route map
  • Submit reports on a daily basis enabling MIS update
  • Feedback on product, service & competition to the company.


Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
