Job Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences or Science (MBBS/B. Pharm/ B.Sc)
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Senior Area Manager or similar senior sales role
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Familiarity with CRM software
Ability to lead and motivate a high performances sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed

Job Description

Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Create and realize regional sales plans in alignment with organizational business objectives
Manage the performances of team
Prepare Sales forecast
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales team members.
Customer Relationship Management
Development of team
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
