Job Requirements
• B.Sc (Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, IC)
• 1–3 years experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of HACCP/GMP/ISO 22000
• Strong creativity and product innovation skill
Job Descriptions
• New product development & recipe formulation
• Improve existing products (taste, texture, quality)
• Conduct shelf-life & quality testing
• Prepare SOP, recipe cards, product specs
• Work with QA/QC & Production teams for trial production
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
