Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of food R&D or quality assurance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food ingredients, processing methods, and basic nutrition.
- Familiar with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Descriptions
- Support in formulating and testing new food products (snacks, F&B, sauces, bakery items, etc.).
- Modify and improve existing recipes for better taste, shelf-life, cost, or nutrition.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and record test results.
- Participate in brainstorming and innovation projects with the R&D team.
- Support documentation of product formulations, testing protocols, and specifications.
- Work with QA/QC to resolve production issues related to product formulation.
- Collaborate with Marketing on product concepts and consumer insights.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
