Job Requirements
- Bagher Degree and must be holder diploma in Sales.
- Proven 5 years’ experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs and customer service excellence.
- Skilled in sales reporting, inventory control, and CRM tools.
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness is a must.
Job Requirements
- Develop and implement store operating procedures and action plans in line with corporate branding.
- Set performance targets, manage day-to-day activities, and lead the team to exceed sales goals.
- Conduct structured on-the-job training for new and existing team members.
- Continuously improve store operations and customer service standards.
- Oversee inventory control and compliance with company stock procedures.
- Address customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Generate performance reports and stay updated on industry trends to support decisions.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
