Job Description
- Manage and train showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. Monitor and analyze showroom performance metrics such as foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Create and maintain visually appealing displays to promote sales and showcase products effectively.
- Manage and Participate in Seasonal Sales Promotions: Oversee and engage in seasonal sales promotions, activities, and in-store events.
- Ensure that the showroom is well-stocked and that inventory levels are maintained accurately.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Work closely with other departments such as Warehouse, Finance, logistics& operations to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Reporting to Management: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, along with updated progress reports and customer feedback.
- Engage with Customers and Suppliers: Interact with customers and suppliers as needed to support operational activities.
- Lead the Team in Regular Audits: Coordinate regular audits and collaborate with the finance department and warehouse for effective inventory management.
- Address Ad-Hoc Activities: Take action on ad-hoc activities assigned by Senior Management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Ability to analyze data and report to Management team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Expertise in sales techniques and the ability to attract and secure business.
- Capacity to resolve conflicts and maintain a productive workplace environment.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Day Shift) – 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Holidays: One day per week
