Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Organize safety training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
- Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safe working practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance departments to ensure safety in all plant activities.
- Maintain documentation for legal compliance, ISO certifications, and internal audits.
- Doing environmental report and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in cement, mining, or heavy industry.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, environmental regulations, and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday alternately, Sunday & Public Holidays
