Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and training skills and English Speaking Skill.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Descriptions
- Safety Officer is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Fertilizer Production and Warehouse handling,
- Initiate and implement workplace health and safety plans and procedures.
- Evaluate health and safety practice and procedures for risk assessment and following legal guidelines.
- Conduct accident prevention training and health & safety training.
- Inspect equipment/business units for unsafe workplace conditions and unsafe acts.
- Monitor workplace safety at site.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to find cause and take prevention measures not to happen further incidents.
- Handle employee/contractor’s safety violated penalty claims in the event of a workplace accident and incident.
- Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues.
- Monitoring current and potential health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace, participating in corporate-level hazard assessments, and developing and approving controls for identified hazards.
- Tracking incident metrics and identifying trends.
- Sharing general health and safety knowledge to all employees.
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
