Job Requirements
- Any Graduated
- 2 years experience with can communicate with English Language
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating communication
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information
- Monitor inventory levels and alert the team about low stock or delays
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required
- Help in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
- Assist in managing office schedules and appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
