Job Descriptions

Review and monitor sales data to provide overall performance overviews.
Prepare sales analysis reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
Support the sales process by coordinating sales orders, delivery status, and documentation.
Liaise with the Sales Team to ensure accurate sales information and reporting.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to track product availability and delivery status.
Work closely with the Finance Team to support invoice checking, sales reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of sales transactions and customer records.
Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents and reports.
Assist the Area Sales Manager with administrative and reporting tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or similar roles (FMCG distribution preferred).
Basic understanding of sales processes and distribution operations.
Strong ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
