Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • Minimum 1- or 2-Years’ experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Occupational sales admin work experience is preferable
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Collect Daily reports from salesmen. (Visit the shop, New Shop, etc.)
  • Relative report daily, weekly, and monthly to the Manager.
  • Sale expense document preparation & recording.
  • Collect and report market data & market information from the sales team.
  • Making activity book, Yearbook, and record by month for all areas,
  • Record competitor prices and activity from the sales team.
  • Maintain items record, and document necessary information.
  • Sale support recording (Advertising products)
  • Search all relative pet shops on the Website and inform to sales team and record.
  • Helping for posting on Facebook and other activities.
  • Preparing meeting minutes for Weekly and Monthly meetings.

 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Holiday:  Sunday & Public Holiday
