Job Requirements
• Any graduate in Bachelor’s degrees
• Must be able to communicate in both writing and spoken English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistic Field.
• More prefer Marketing field experiences.
• Trend forecasting abilities must be good.
• Able to use MS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, email etc.,
• Strong knowledge of relevant Computer.
Job Descriptions
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Negotiate rates, service terms, and agreements effectively.
• Work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
• Represent the company in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public holidays
