Job Requirements

 

  • 2 years experience in related fields
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and tools such as Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in preparing and managing modern trade contracts, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
  • Proficient in using email and other digital communication tools for customer engagement and collaboration.

 

Job Descriptions

 

  • Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets across modern trade outlets and key accounts. Monitor performance regularly and implement strategies to stay on track.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to engage new and existing customers, understand their needs, and present relevant product offerings. Focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the modern trade sector and other relevant channels. Proactively seek out new outlets, distributors, and partners to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Provide insights on how to improve sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors in the beverage industry.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics to track progress and adjust strategies. Use insights to refine sales tactics and improve overall performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and drive consumer engagement. Collaborate on marketing materials and activations that align with sales goals.
  • Focus on growing sales in modern trade channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and other large retail stores. Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade promotions.
  • Assist in managing the sales budget for promotional activities and events. Ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the modern trade sector and other relevant channels. Proactively seek out new outlets, distributors, and partners to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent Wizkraft and build relationships with distributors, retailers, and potential customers.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and innovations in the beverage sector.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments as required by business needs. Perform sale & marketing duties for both offline and online

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
