Job Descriptions
• A Sales and Marketing Manager in the lacquerware & earthenware industry is responsible for promoting traditional, high-quality craft products, identifying market trends (e.g., in interior design, luxury gifts), and managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
• They bridge the gap between skilled artisans and modern consumers, focusing on brand positioning, international exports, and digital marketing to drive growth.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans to increase brand visibility and market share, specifically for luxury or artisan products.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, including entering international markets, finding distributors, or partnering with interior designers, galleries, and high-end retailers.
• Sales Management: Manage the full sales process—pricing, contract negotiation, order placement, and delivery coordination—to meet revenue targets.
• Brand & Marketing: Lead brand development, creating compelling narratives around the heritage and quality of the lacquerware. This includes managing social media, digital campaigns, and, if applicable, in-person exhibitions or trade shows.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to forecast demand, align with seasonal production cycles, and ensure inventory meets sales needs.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
