Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the beauty or skincare product (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, social media).
Job Descriptions
- Assist in reaching out to wholesale and retail customers to promote and sell products.
- Manage page reply to all online channels in time (eg. Facebook, TikTok etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, follow- ups, and order processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, both online and in-person.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
