Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
• Experience in sales, education counselling, or student recruitment is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with international students from diverse backgrounds
• Basic knowledge of international education systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office, and online communication tools
Job Description
• Assist in counselling prospective international students and parents regarding programs, intakes, fees, and entry requirements
• Follow up on leads from enquiries, events, social media, and partner referrals
• Support the sales team in achieving enrolment targets for overseas markets
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Assist students with oversea student application forms, document preparation, and submission
• Coordinate with the admissions team to track application status and offer letters
• Assist in education fairs, open houses, school visits, and online events
• Support social media and digital marketing campaigns for student recruitment
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote programs, scholarships, and promotions
• Help prepare brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
• Communicate with overseas agents, partners, and internal departments
• Support reporting on enquiry numbers, conversions, and enrolments
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sat and public holidays
