Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
Knowledge of freight forwarding processes (air, sea, land, and customs) is advantageous.
Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
Performance Metrics:Timely and accurate completion of quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Efficiency in handling customer inquiries and issues.
Quality and accuracy of sales reports and CRM updates.
Contribution to overall sales team performance and client satisfaction.
International sales lead performance

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
