Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or systems training
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations and Software teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Descriptions
- Lead System onboarding, training, and ongoing support for sales teams across MBC and Mar No platforms.
- Design and implement capability-building initiatives, including workshops and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales Team to identify capability gaps and translate insights into system enhancements.
- Monitor system usage and user engagement; provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting quality by working closely with the sale Operations teams.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
