- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in related fields (Preferable in the automotive industry)
- Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Pleasant personality, Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure
Job Description
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their response
- Explain fully products performance, features and benefits to prospects
- Ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements
- Keep information of new products, features, accessories and their benefits for customers
- Prepare potential customer list and plan for new customer search
- Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction
- Research Competitor’ information (activities, price, and promotion)
- Participate in sale training and events for the brand
- Aim to achieve sales target
- Coordinate and cooperate with other departments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and negotiation skills
- Appropriate prepare all paperwork and documentation
- Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Report sales activities to sales manager.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
