Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in Logistics & Customer Service for import/export Industry
- Any graduate (or) Recognized Diploma for Logistics & Supply Chain
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in Thilawa Special Economic Zone
Job Descriptions
- Communicate with customers for daily import & export processes, shipment inquiry and other sales pur-poses.
- Manage documents required for day-to-day import & export shipments.
- Handle applying approval processes for import/export shipments of TSEZ
- Prepare and arrange day to day customer shipment delivery & pick up plan accordingly
- Arrange Trucks required for delivery the cargo to customers.
- Handle incoming call and inquiry email from customers.
- Estimating the Duty & Taxes for upcoming shipment or other plan/issues.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing customized logistics solutions.
- Maintain existing customers through up-selling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.
Working Hours: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided.
