Job Requirements
- Any Graduate with Sales & Marketing Diploma
- G.T.I (MP) with Sales & Marketing Diploma or B.E(Mechanical)
- At least 2 years experiences in selling heavy machinery parts market
- English 4 skills
- Driving License. (B)
- Technical Knowledge and Product Knowledge for Heavy Machinery
- Sales & Marketing Management
- Excellent Customer Service Skill
- Good computer skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving skill
- Good reporting skill
Job Descriptions
- Support customers’ inquiry on parts information, availability, prices, and arrival time and delivery status responsively.
- Prepare parts release order against customer order number and parts invoice and send it warehouse via e-mail to deliver the parts for customer
- Following up and keep in touch with customers through telemarketing.
- Compile purchase order based on demand history and lost sale.
- Collect the customers’ parts requirement and supply parts to the customer on stipulated delivery
- Generate quotation for all customers
- Follow up the customers concerning the product parts quotations for the purpose of getting confirmed order and negotiate with customers for the parts delivery date.
- Collect and record the competitor data.
- Collect and record the machinery parts dimension.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holiday: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
