Key Responsibility
- Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and potential clients in target markets.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, project requirements, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and solutions to meet client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, close sales, and achieve revenue targets in line with company objectives.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about product developments, industry standards, and competitive landscape.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share insights to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales roles, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in related field. Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
