Job Requirements

University Graduate.
Minimum 3 years’ experience of freight forwarding industry.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Job Description

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong
Presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
