Job Requirements

Any graduated & related with other qualifications of Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Minium 3 years’ experience in sales/ marketing of Logistics & Freight Forwarding.
Knowledge of freight forwarding processes (air, sea, land, and customs.
Well knowledge in customs clearance processes and international trade regulations.
Analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet & Email writing Preference Airfreight field working experience.
Must be able to meet sales targets set by the company.

Job Descriptions

Prepare quotation and quote to client which depend on their inquiry.
Meet or exceed sales target and need to focus on Number of new client secured.
Solve the client’s complaint and any issue.
Maintain and build relation with existing/ potential client.
Communicate with Supporting team for the operation process for each shipments to ensure smooth process and meet client’s requirements.
Maintain sales records, customer data and report.
Internal team procedure and follow the instruction and report to Sales Manager.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
