Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in Sales / FMCG / Distribution is preferred (Must)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Can drive and have driving license (Must)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Descriptions
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory
- Conduct daily outlet visits according to route plans and take orders
- Sell products according to approved price lists and credit terms
- Follow up on payment collections in a timely manner
- Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at outlets
- Monitor stock levels, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
