Job Requirements

Any Graduate with Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing Management
Minimum (3yrs) experience in Sales & Marketing Field.
Age between 25~35 years.
Learn and memorize products constantly
Willing to learn, good personality and positive working attitude.
Must have good looks and be able to communicate politely.
Good knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce, and online advertising
Can be work under pressure and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team.
Excellent negotiation skills, positive mindset and problem-solving skills. Prefer who have experience in Gems & Jewelry
Good personality and positive working attitude.

Job Descriptions

The online sales executive’s responsibilities include promoting products or services through digital platforms,
Creating marketing strategies and monitoring the online presence of the company.
Responsible for identifying new customers, grow existing customers and increase market share.
Proactive selling in properties for business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
To develop potential leads from B2B and B2C and contact the potential leads from Marketing Data.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Monitoring and supporting to Customer’s needs and wants
Should be help to team members to develop their performance
Provide feedback on market trends and competitors’ activities to enhance our marketing strategies.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
