Job Summary:
- The Sales Executive will be based in the Yangon Sales Office and will be primarily responsible for driving room and event sales for the Nay Pyi Taw Hotel.
- The role focuses on identifying and securing business opportunities from corporate clients, UN/NGOs, embassies, and travel & tour operators within Yangon.
- Must have networking skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to achieve revenue targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to corporate, UN/NGO, embassy, and travel markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Burmese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to travel.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays.
