Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
• Energetic and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Discretions
• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase listings.
• Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring all legal and financial procedures are completed accurately.
• Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competition.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market data.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Assist clients with documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
• Coordinate with legal teams, brokers, and other professionals as needed.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote listings and attract clients.
• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holiday
