Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree
Must be a holder of Sales Diploma (or) Sales Certificate
5 years’ experience in related position (Prefer to Hotel /Residence/Real Estate/Condo Sales/Property Management Field)
Proficient in Chinese Speaking Skill.
Proficient in the use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Job Description

Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s product.
Understands the Manager’s target and aims to reach the target.
Organize sales visits and make phone calls to reach out.
Presenting and selling products with great product knowledge.
Researching for new target segment and maintaining relationships to close deals with existing clients.
Identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
Prepares daily reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Follow up with customers.
Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
Resolving queries from customers

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holiday
