Job Overview:

  • The Sales General Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of the sales department.
  • This leadership role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing directly to the company’s overall revenue and market growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy, Team Performance & Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Set and track KPIs to ensure consistent performance across the sales team.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and provide action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance and foster professional development.
  • Set individual and team sales targets; regularly assess performance and provide feedback.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely, professional resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.

Vehicle Allocation, Sales Planning & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Ensure timely and efficient vehicle allocation and delivery to the sales team.
  • Distribute vehicle stock strategically based on team performance, market demand, and availability.
  • Collaborate with the sales planning team to forecast vehicle requirements and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events to increase sales performance.
  • Prepare accurate and insightful sales reports for upper management, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with marketing strategies.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with senior management to contribute to company direction and planning.
  • Coordinate with finance and administrative departments to manage sales documentation, approvals, and compliance.
  • Honest and sincere character and adhere t all compliance standards and regulation.
  • Overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
