Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in FMCG Sales or the electrical industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Reporting, and Digital Marketing trends.
- Oversee daily operations, lead the sales team to meet targets, and implement company policies.
Job Description
- Establishing the company’s sales promotion strategies and processes.
- Leading, guiding and evaluating the performance of the Sales Supervisor and the entire Sales Team.
- Submitting monthly/annual sales reports and managing expenses.
- Direct communication and negotiation with important VIP customers or large projects.
- Supervising the systematic operation of the Sales Process.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
